FAQ

Private Dance Classes
In private classes, we can fully focus on your personal development. All the attention is dedicated to you. If you’d like to work more on flexibility or improve your technique, you’re very welcome to join the sessions.

Acting and Performing
These are special classes for those who already perform or are just planning to. As a professional theatre and film actress, I can teach you how to perform in a way where your act is not just undressing for the sake of undressing, but a performance with meaning, intention, and a clear message.
What is the age limit for the course?
The course is open to adults aged 18 and over. There is no upper age limit - it’s never too late to start, explore something new, or follow your curiosity.
What if I don’t have the “right” body?
There is no such thing as the “right” body here. Your height, weight, age, or any physical limitations don’t matter. The course is designed to be inclusive, respectful, and adaptable to different bodies and abilities.
Do I have to be able to dance?
Not at all. You don’t need any dance background or prior experience. The course is suitable for beginners, and everything you need will be explained step by step.
Where can I get the necessary props if I don’t have any?
You can easily find all the basic props in regular shops. If you’re looking for something more specific or custom-made, I’ll gladly share trusted contacts and help you find exactly what you need.
Can men, trans, and non-binary people take the courses?
Yes, absolutely. Just keep in mind that I teach a very feminine style of movement. You’re welcome to adapt certain elements to suit yourself, but the focus will be on softness, elegance, and expressive hands - and yes, you will be putting on heels at some point.

How can dance help you?
Dance helps you reconnect with your body and yourself. It builds confidence, improves posture and coordination, and teaches you to move with awareness and intention. Through dance, you can release stress, express emotions without words, and discover new sides of your personality. Over time, it’s not just about movement - it’s about self-expression, presence, and feeling more free in your own body.
